Coeur d'Alene Day 2

On our first full day in Coeur d'Alene the boys headed to the golf course, while Mr. Sharon, John William, and I took on the town!  Coeur d'Alene is a small quiet town.  Reminds me very much of down town Greenville, where we are from and where Mr. Ronnie's office is.

the weather was wonderful.. the day time saw highs in the 70's while the night brought on the 40's.
Their 'warm' season had just kicked in so the flowers had just begun to bloom

they had these flower baskets everywhere along with beautiful red geraniums blooming everywhere

we ate lunch at a little sandwich shop that had wonderful steamed sandwiches that all 3 of us enjoyed

this is Mudgy and Millie..  a moose and mouse (in his antlers) that you can find in several locations around Coeur d'Alene.  They are points along a trail that goes throughout town and up and around the Mountain.  There is a children's story and songs that go along with these pals.

Once the boys got down with golf we explored more of town and enjoyed dinner at a local Italian restaraunt.  We decided to try out their Pizzas.  My favorite was this Idaho Potato Pizza.  It was delicious!!  This picture of it really doesn't do it any justice.   I've told Brett that I plan on making one here... we'll see!

We went in and out of several stores, and found a carousel in a really neat toy shop.  Uncle B rode with John William.

He loved it!!

So blessed with my family of 3!

This little guy loves to dance.  If he hears music, he will bust a move and shake is booty.  Sadly, he gets his dance skills honestly.  There's just no hope!  But we all enjoy it :)

Down stairs in the hotel was a large fish tank.  It was a frequent stop.

John William made some new friends

and loves to lounge back in an oversized (for him) chair

  2. I'm becoming a blogger neglecter! I want so bad to keep up with it, but I do such a poor job of doing so, so I'm playing catch up! Hopefully I'll get to the end of the trip before the end of the month! As I've told you many times, your blog inspires me to document our lives! I'll be looking forward to that end of the year book!
