Happy Birthday Mrs. Mary David!

2 weeks ago we made the journey to Fort Deposit to celebrate Brett's Grandmother's birthday.  It has been a while since the 3 of us made the trip and stayed over night, so we were in need of some family time.

The scenery on the drive was awesome.  I love this time of year!  The air is crisp, the leaves are changing, Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner- it really is the best!!

The driver wouldn't stop so I could take a picture, so this was as good as it got, which didn't do the beautiful shades of golds and reds justice!

John William is very into books (and really being observant about everything) and loves this time with his grandma!!

We had a great weekend with some of our favorite people with lots of yummy food, celebrating the life of someone we all love!!  Happy 79th Mrs. Mary David, we love you!!
